What To Do If You’re *Still* Not FTC Compliant!

Like many others, I kind of dragged my feet on this subject, too, mainly because I *thought* it would be a ton of work… or that I didn’t have time… or fill-in-excuse… but it IS important and if you have any kind of internet business, you NEED to be FTC compliant. And… those AWLP guys made it super-EASY to do!

If you’re in a big hurry… go here to get the best legal document creation package now. It’s been around for years, it was created by an experienced internet law specialist/lawyer and contains over 70 web docs — everything you need to be FTC compliant & more.  The best part is they keep regularly updating the package and never charge you any additional fees for these vital upgrades.

Please don’t drag your feet… the FTC regulations for online marketing have changed and they continue to change… to protect the consumer. Any website owners who don’t go along with it will be fined, may be jailed, and probably have their web business shut down for good (depending on the severity of the offense).  It’s just not worth taking that chance!

And, most of us don’t have $50,000 to fork over in fines.  It’s lots easier to create the essential documents for your sites with this amazing AWLP legal docs creation toolGet yours today & avoid painful, costly legal hassles.

I am extremely glad that I got this comprehensive AWLP legal docs creation tool for myself, and you will be, too!  The price is right, the upgrades are timely AND always free.  It is fast and easy to do, and you’ll be very pleasantly surprised.

Have a fabulous day!

Donna :)

P.S. The only people who can become affiliated with this excellent package of over 70 legal documents (and it’s copy & paste easy) are those who actually become customers.  That’s a good thing for you, because then you know the person recommending the product is an actual product owner!  (Once you use this product yourself, I know that you’ll be singing its praises too!)  Save thousands of dollars in lawyer fees… you only have to pay one time and your websites are ALL covered, regardless of how many domains you own!

FINALLY – WebEx and GoToMeeting Got Some Competition!

And I mean SERIOUS competition!

Take a look at DimDimyou can even host a small conference (20 or less people) for free as often as desired and their pricing plans are out of this world reasonable for larger ones. I learned about this on Lee McIntyre’s site (thanks Lee!)

Go check out all the features here: DimDim if you ever wanted to host a webinar but were put off by high fees!

One caveat: at the time of Lee’s posting, they still didn’t have recording capability but it’s in the works. AND – those of you with programming experience can download their open source version and have a blast with it!

You gotta love companies that care about the little guys with smaller wallets!

Enjoy & have fun with DimDim Web Conferencing!

Take Your Business To The Next Level

I don’t know how long you’ve thought about it, but it’s an important step for serious entrepreneurs.  I won’t admit how many years I’ve put off the decision (it’s embarrassing!) but suffice it to say it’s more than two.

What am I talking about?  Making the decision to form a corporation, a LLC, a partnership or whatever format best suits your internet business

After much deliberation, I chose the LLC (Limited Liability Company).  There are many choices and the site I chose is waiving their normal $149 processing fee for the month of December!  I don’t know about you, but to me, that’s a ton of savings!

I also opted for a “delayed filing” to actually form my LLC in January but I wanted to take advantage of the big savings, so I invested in myself.  One of the most important reasons to form your own company is because today we live in such a litigious society – and most of us should protect our assets.  If you have a LLC, then anyone who does decide to sue you cannot take your home, cars, etc.

At least go check out what they are offering, OK?  Visit Intuit’s My Corporation website and use their very helpful “Help Me Choose” option to see what’s right for you and your business.  They have a ton of helpful information there, as well.

TIP for the DIY Crowd: I saved even more money by deciding not to pay for all the cool extra services (those with more money than time would not want to do that) but I figure I can try doing it myself at least for the first year, and if it sucks, then I’ll opt for having someone else do it (filing annual reports, being my own registered agent, etc).

The only thing I couldn’t resist though was the *extra* option to have my own official seal with my new company name on it.  Yeah, it’s probably ‘a vanity thing’, but gheesh, I’ve worked hard all my life, so what’s so bad about rewarding myself with a $40 seal that I can stamp all of my business papers with?  It felt good just clicking that option. :-)

I encourage you to at least look at what they are offering (and save $149 til the end of December) and know that whatever you do, I wish you all the success in the world with your business.

Happy Holidays!
