Take a look at DimDim – you can even host a small conference (20 or less people) for free as often as desired and their pricing plans are out of this world reasonable for larger ones. I learned about this on Lee McIntyre’s site (thanks Lee!)

One caveat: at the time of Lee’s posting, they still didn’t have recording capability but it’s in the works. AND – those of you with programming experience can download their open source version and have a blast with it!
